Ahmedabad the largest city and the erstwhile
capital of Gujarat, nurtures in its fold pages of history, a
breath of harmony and a showcase of exquisite architecture. Named
after a Sultan who founded it in 1411 and graced it with splendid

Food - The cuisine of this region is peculiar in taste. A distinct sweet flavour pervades almost all eatables of this area. Once the taste is acquired the dining experience is memorable.
Though the city is mostly vegetarian, delicious non-vegetarian
